Return Policy
1. Damaged products: In case of damage caused to a product during shipping, Nexus will make arrangements to replace the damaged product. However, it is incumbent upon the customer to bring the damage to the notice of the courier at the time of delivery. Please note that the replacement is dependent on the report submitted by the courier, and the nature of damage. So, please check the product at the time of delivery, and if unsatisfied make a complaint to the delivery person. Also inform the Nexusi.in Customer Service immediately so that necessary steps may be taken.
2. Defective products: In case of product is found defective, Nexus will make arrangements to replace the defective product. However, it is incumbent upon the customer to bring to the notice of such defect. Please note that the replacement is dependent on the report submitted by our internal team and the nature of defect.
3. Complaint period: Customers seeking replacement of a product must inform Nexus within 48 working hours of receiving the product. Complaints received after that time will not be considered.
